Train better I need to try and not waste time thinking about how I train and just go and do it.

I want do the House projects that I have in the House project worksheet. I need to get the house fixed up.

LOOSE Weight. I hate the way I look and feel. I know that if I lost the weight that I want I would be able to run easier.

I need to eat better. I am eating way to much shit.. I know that this will help with running.

I want to finish the JFK 50.

I want to do my first full marathon

I am going to try and get get enough rest and sleep (minimum of 6 hours a night, please) in between hard workouts for repair and better performance.

I will try and remember that there are no stupid questions.
