My training
Just so that you all do not think I am a slacker I have started my training... Running, man I have not run so much since I was on active duty. God I love my Ipod and the Nike + attachment.. Easy to track what is going on with my runs. .. I can see why so many people have them.

So far 4 runs..... I am lucky that Team in Training gave me a routine to follow or I would never be able to do this the right way..
Well seems that I have managed to over train.. between my Gym work outs and the Running .. I hosed my knee.. I have been to the doc anc he said to take a week off.. Ice it down.. so here wee go...
Another day of good cross training.. Thank god I can still do that.. No knee pain so by the end of the week I should be ok to start running.. for the first time in my life I want to run...
I am looking to get new shoes. Brooks Beast.. the best motion control shoe.. it will be good to switch off between the 2
Sat was a great day .. it was the 1st run in 2 weekes...I have no kneee pain.. I went to my chiro and he fixed a few joints in my feet.. which in turn helped kill the knee problem.. I also bought the new shoes I got the books beast. I they did the trick as well..
My runs are getting better. In that I have no pain. Thank God..
My runs are a bit slower than I would like. I hope to change that soon.
One more run down. Many more to go.
PAIN, PAIN PAIN.. Seems that this is going to be a process of Pain for me.. My knees hurt.. My feet Hurt and as it turns out my f'in arches are falling because I have too much F'in weight.. I will not quit.. I am going to win this thing but I do believe that it is going to more Painful than I thought. I will just have to make PAIN my friend again...

I ran 5 today. It hurt like hell.. but some where in the run 3.5 or so my mind said to hell with this and the pain is gone... Took long enough for that to happen,
