What other fun stuff I managed to do!

Well today was another PET scan.. I hate the way I feel going into one. I was up most of last night.. I hate these things.. Well I managed to get threw and not throw up.. I just feel crappy.. I am going to try to workout today.. I slept most of today.. I hope the scan comes out clean.. Would hate to ride the Kemo ride again. Once was enough. I must say I am lucky to Have Dame , My wife. she loves me and worries about me for sure..

Well what is up with My military retirement!

Well I am kinda suprised that I am going to retire.. never thought that I would make it this far! Well I guess that someone loves me... so here is the data so far..
I was going to retire in July but a new regulation changed that until Oct of this year.. So if all goes well I will retire in Oct.. If not well I will be in for some time longer.. We shall see ... To own my weekends, Life again...

My training

Just so that you all do not think I am a slacker I have started my training... Running, man I have not run so much since I was on active duty. God I love my Ipod and the Nike + attachment.. Easy to track what is going on with my runs. .. I can see why so many people have them.

Baltimore 1/2 Marathon

Here we go I am going to run the Baltimore 1/2 marathon.. Yes I am crazy but most of you that know me know that already... I am running to raise money for the TNT.. TNT is part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.. As you know I had Lymphoma ... so hence that reason to run..
So please help.. I will keep you all up on my training
